⬤ Passport copies x 4. Passport validity at least 8 Months. Passport size Photos x 6. Car Logbook x 4 copies.
⬤ International Driving License x 4 copies (Post Office £5)
⬤ UK Driving License x 4 copies. Preferable to be Laminated.
⬤ Yellow Fever Vaccinations Certificate x 4 copies (optional)
⬤ Europe Insurance Certificate.
⬤ Morocco Insurance at Tangiers approx. £40.00 per vehicle.
⬤ Mauritania Insurance approx. £30.00 per vehicle.
⬤ Mauritania Visa approx. £55.00 per each participant.
3: Trip items needed:
Spiritual items: Quran, Supplication Books, Prayer Mat, Tasbih, Miswaak,
Camping Gear: Camping Tent, Sleeping Bags, Blanket, Pillows, Warm clothes, Shawl, Sandals, Sunglasses,
Torch, Water Can, Plastic Sheet, Gas stove.
Phone Items: (Extra Phone, Power Bank, 2 Pin plug, Extension Cord, Car charger)
Medication: Pain killers, Antibiotics, Cough Syrup, Malaria Tablets, Diarrhea Tablets, Hydration Salts, Basic First Aid Kit, sunblock.
Utensils: (Tea pot, Plates, T Cups, Water bottle, Knives, Spoons, Tin opener, cooking pot, Fry Pan, Cooler Bag/box, Car kettle) Spices
Currencies: GBP £300 each participant. USA $ 300 each Participant. Euros 400 each participant, USD $ optional. Moroccan Dirhams can be bought on Entry. Same with all other currencies. Travel Card (Starling/Revolute/Monzo).
Car Items: Tyre inflater, Battery charger, Jack, Towing Rope, Tools, Tire repair equipment, Jump leads, Extra Bulbs, GB sticker/magnet, headlight sticker. (Full size spare tyre in good condition) 2L top-up engine oil. Petrol Can 20l.
Food Items: Tea Bags, Coffee, Powder milk, Instant noodles, Tin Foods, Biscuits, Packet Soups, High protein snacks.
Return Trip: Return trip Ticket to be purchased by everyone before leaving UK. Latest to book is the 20th October 2026. Participants can extend their stay if they wish.
Once registration is completed, a WhatsApp group will be made. Teams may liaise with other teams and share information amongst themselves. As we wish to travel as a Group, the organizer might assign certain teams to bring some items so we do not have access of certain items.
